Flossing The Correct Way

Only 1 in 10 people floss their teet regularly. Shocking statistic, we know! Flossing daily is great to remove plaque, it also increases the chances of not needing dentures throughout your lifetime! If you suffer from bad breath, it’s been known to help get rid, due to the removal of plaque.

Make sure to floss your upper teeth with the help of your thumbs and use your index finger to floss your bottom teeth. Don’t be too tough with the floss, gently work it between your teeth. Don’t be alarmed if your gum bleeds during the first few weeks of you flossing, this is normal. The gum will heal quickly and be conditioned for future flossing.
