Dull skin can be a sign of lots of things. Most of the time though, it is something that happens with time and your skin just needs a little bit of a refresh. After all, none of us is getting any younger and our skin is often the first place to show signs of ageing. Here are some reasons why your skin could be dull and what to do about it:
- You’re getting ill. If you feel a little under the weather, get some rest and take it easy.
- You are dehydrated. Make sure you are drinking at least 2 litres of water a day.
- It’s time for an exfoliation. Dead skin cells can make your skin look unhealthy. Use a gentle facial exfoliator to bring your skin back to life.
- You need more exercise. Go out for a run or head to the gym. Exercise will make your skin glow.
