We’ve found that the best tea bags to use are green tea bags or black tea bags. If your eyes are puffy then we recommend chamomile tea bags as they are anti-inflammatory. Avoid using herbal tea bags, as these have the least effect.

After using the bags in your tea, place them in a container and store in the fridge. The cooler temperature will reduce swelling.
